TRAO Members Announcement

Oklahoma City, OK, November 21, 2024  – I am writing to inform you of an important update regarding our recent election process.

It has come to our attention that an isolated incident occurred during the preparation of our election ballots. Specifically, a few nominees were inadvertently on the ballot. We understand the significance of each nominee and the trust you place in our electoral procedures.

It is important to uphold the integrity of our election process and to ensure that every member is afforded the opportunity to receive the correct ballot, therefore, we have decided to issue new ballots.

The new ballots will be yellow. Moving forward with the election process, the ballots will be a different color each election year. We believe that transparency and fairness is paramount, and it is our responsibility to rectify this situation promptly.

The new ballots will be sent out by Monday, November 25, 2024, and we encourage all members to participate in this election. Your voice is vital in shaping the future of TRAO, and we want to ensure that every member’s choice is represented.

We appreciate your understanding and patience. It is our sincerest apologies for the mishap. Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

Thank you for your continued support and engagement with TRAO.

Sincerely,

Danielle Barber
